Each player may hold exactly one active vio77 account. Duplicate accounts — across the same person, device, IP address, or household — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and potential permanent ban.
All vio77 deposit bonuses, including the 100% welcome bonus, carry a 30× combined (deposit + bonus) wagering requirement. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement has been met within the stated validity period.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vio77 ("vio77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://vio77.cam and all associated sub-domains and mobile applications. This Agreement governs your access to and use of all products and services offered by vio77, including sports betting, live dealer casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot machines, sabung ayam (live cockfighting) streams, and any other betting or gaming products made available on the Platform.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the vio77 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all supplementary policies referenced herein, such as the vio77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Important: If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the vio77 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of all terms stated herein.
This Agreement was last revised on 1 January 2026. vio77 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the amendment.
The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:

| "Real Money Balance" | Funds deposited by the Player using genuine financial instruments (bank transfer, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency), distinct from Bonus funds. |
| "IDR" / "Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah — the base currency in which all vio77 Account balances are denominated. |
| "Self-Exclusion" | A formal voluntary request by a Player to be blocked from accessing the Platform for a defined or indefinite period. |
To register and maintain an Account on the vio77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Jurisdiction Notice: Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing vio77 is lawful in the location from which you connect. vio77 does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction. vio77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time during the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the verification request will result in Account suspension and the freezing of all associated funds pending resolution.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the vio77 Platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same household — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any Real Money Balance that cannot be verified as legitimately deposited.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a phone number you actively use. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. vio77 strongly recommends enabling 2FA immediately after registration. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. You must notify vio77 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
vio77 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a Player is engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct.
vio77 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification program in compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. All Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed. vio77 may also require KYC verification before approving deposits above certain thresholds or at any other point during the Account lifecycle at its sole discretion.
Standard KYC documentation requirements include:
vio77 will review submitted KYC documentation within two (2) business days. Players will be notified via email of approval or of any requirement to submit additional documentation. Funds remain accessible for wagering during the KYC review period; only withdrawals are held pending verification.
vio77 treats all KYC documentation with strict confidentiality in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are processed and stored on encrypted servers and are never shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or by lawful regulatory order.
vio77 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp):
All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. vio77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered Account holder, and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
vio77 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may charge its own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
Note on Cryptocurrency Volatility: Cryptocurrency values fluctuate continuously. The IDR value credited to your vio77 Account is calculated at the confirmed rate at the time of deposit receipt, not at the time you initiate the transfer. vio77 accepts no liability for any difference arising from on-chain confirmation delays.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification in full. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability and limits of that payment channel.
Minimum and standard processing times by payment method:
vio77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10.000.000 per transaction or Rp 50.000.000 within a 30-day rolling period. During such checks, the withdrawal may be held for up to five (5) business days. The Player will be notified and may be asked to provide additional documentation.
Only Real Money Balance (funds deposited by the Player, plus verified winnings from Real Money wagers) is eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement may not be withdrawn. If a Player requests a withdrawal while a Bonus is active and the Wagering Requirement is unmet, vio77 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding Bonus balance from the withdrawal amount.
vio77 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All Bonuses are subject to this Agreement and to any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the Bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only with respect to the subject matter of that promotion.
The following general Bonus conditions apply to all vio77 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:
All games and betting markets on the vio77 Platform operate according to their individual game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.
All casino games on vio77 — including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual table games — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG certification is conducted by recognized third-party technical auditing firms. vio77 publishes the theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and table game; these figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
For sports betting markets, vio77 uses real-time data feeds from established data providers. In the event of a data feed error, vio77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. vio77's settlement decisions on all sports markets are final, subject to the dispute resolution procedure described in these terms.
vio77 operates togel draws using independently verified draw systems. Draw results are published on the Platform immediately following each draw and are considered final. vio77 does not accept responsibility for results that differ from those issued by official draw operators where vio77 acts as a reseller or aggregator.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vio77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
vio77 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and to protecting Players from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The Platform's responsible gaming tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, a cooling-off feature (temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 6 weeks), and a formal Self-Exclusion program allowing account closure for a defined period of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or permanently.
All Players are strongly encouraged to set personal deposit and loss limits at the time of registration. These tools are accessible at any time through the Account settings section of the Platform. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before becoming active.
A Self-Exclusion request, once submitted, is irrevocable for the duration of the selected exclusion period. vio77 will close the Account, return the Real Money Balance (less any pending wagers), void all active Bonuses, and block the Player's email address, device identifiers, and known payment methods from re-registration during the exclusion window.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with this Agreement. No Player may reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of vio77. Unauthorized use of vio77's intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vio77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if vio77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
vio77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their vio77 Account during the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vio77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vio77 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for any downtime, technical failure, or data loss.
Nothing in this Agreement limits vio77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
This Agreement and all matters arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vio77 is incorporated and licensed to operate as an internationally regulated gaming platform.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and vio77 arising from the interpretation or application of this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players should submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the date(s) on which the disputed event(s) occurred, and the resolution sought. vio77 will respond to formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their interests pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
vio77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where a proposed amendment is material — meaning it materially affects Player rights, deposit or withdrawal conditions, Bonus terms, or game fairness standards — vio77 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account, and will display a prominent notification on the Platform.
For non-material amendments (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law that do not alter the practical terms of the Agreement), vio77 may update the Agreement without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
